Restaurant magazine announces print closure

After nearly 20 years Restaurant magazine has announced in a letter from the publisher the closure of its print magazines. The monthly title will cease being a printed magazine and will become part of the BigHospitality website as part of a new digital-forward and face-to-face strategy.
