PURPLE NY has been appointed agency of record for Caviar Kaspia at The Mark, the Parisian restaurant's New York outpost.

Founded in Paris in 1927, Caviar Kaspia serves caviar and non-caviar dishes, including a Baked Potato with caviar, at its Upper East Side location. The restaurant also has a boutique offering caviar, gourmet accompaniments and branded pieces, with interiors designed by Jacques Grange.

The agency will support the restaurant’s media presence across the USA.
