Haircare brand PRO:VOKE has appointed healthy beauty consultancy, Pegasus, to lead its consumer communications in the UK. Pegasus will be working with PRO:VOKE to deliver the PR programme across its two hair colour care brands, Touch of Silver and Liquid Blonde, to educate on and demonstrate the efficacy of products to consumers, whilst driving awareness for PRO:VOKE as colour care experts.
