PR agency PrettyGreen has announced the following team promotions:

• Issy Selby has been promoted from Associate Director to Director of Social and Influencer. Issy has led social and influencer work for Homesense and Dove, including the latter's 2026 Scale campaigns, which activated over 3,000 influencers and generated 4.5 million views. 
• Olly Reeves has been promoted from Influencer and Social Creative and Campaign Manager to Social Creative. Olly joined PrettyGreen in 2022 as an intern and has worked across social and creator-led campaigns for Audible, Homesense, Lebara and Dove. In his new role, he will shape platform-first ideas, from cultural insight and concept development through to creator content and execution. He was selected for the adidas x GUAP Originals Creator Network.
• Joe Heath has been promoted from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager 

The promotions follow growing demand for the agency's social and influencer offering and its appointment by Unilever's Dove division across micro-influencer activity, content and ecommerce, including TikTok Shop.

The agency reported a 15% year-on-year increase in fee income during the first half of 2026 and secured new clients including Dove, Polaroid, Laver Cup, PureGym, Priory Group and Blacks.
