Pinterest has announced its updated video feature for creators and businesses. Brands and creators such as L'Oréal UK, Culture Trip, AlphaFoodie, and John Lewis & Partners are using video to promote their brands and spark inspiration. In response to this Pinterest has updated its video uploader, enabling businesses and creators to upload video directly to Pinterest.
The new video tab on business profiles makes it possible for brands to feature all of their videos in one place for added discovery. It has also introduced Video Analytics for businesses to view lifetime views, so they can get insights into the performance of their video over time. In addition businesses and creators will now be able to schedule video content in advance through the Pin Scheduler tool.
