Bienestar PR has announced the signing of Pilates expert and fitness consultant Nathalie Clough.

Nathalie teaches Classical and Contemporary Pilates and works across elite sport, luxury wellness and teacher education. She is Global Pilates Adviser to Soho House and founder of LifeBody, a Classical Pilates studio, online platform and education business in Barnes, London.

The agency will oversee her media relations and brand partnerships and welcomes enquiries from wellness, fashion and beauty brands.
