In 2011 Paul “Percy” Percival and Adam Reed, sought to build on the established Percy & Reed salon presence and create a range of haircare products that allowed customers to achieve beautiful salon-quality hair at home with ease. To that end, they joined forces with established businesswoman, Shannon de Boissard, to create and launch the Percy & Reed product range you know and love today.

In recent years, following the success of the Percy & Reed salons and products, Paul’s and Adam’s profiles have grown, and their engagements have increased.  As a result, Adam hasn’t been able to contribute as much time or focus to the Percy & Reed businesses as he had wished. 

In order to enable both the salon and product businesses to move forward unencumbered, and to allow Adam to fully embrace his ongoing commitments and new challenges, Adam has decided to leave the Percy & Reed brand and companies.  All at Percy & Reed fully support Adam’s tough decision and wish him the very best for the future. 

The Percy & Reed team is excited to continue its journey with customary passion and dedication, to provide customers with The Effortless Way to Seriously Good Hair™.  We will continue to trade as Percy & Reed.  With Paul Percival leading the Percy & Reed salon business and Shannon de Boissard at the helm of the Percy & Reed product company, it’s business as usual.
