Trend forecasting and colour consultancy Pantone Colour Institute has released its colour trend report for New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2027, an interplay of boldness and refinement that challenges convention. For the first time, Pantone is partnering with Raspberry AI on a series of AI-generated materials and images built around the report’s featured colours, creating visual explorations of how each colour translates across fabrics, silhouettes and styling directions.

Colours for NYFW Spring/Summer 2027 fuse timelessness and understated ease with daring, outspoken colour, blending feelings of joy with the growing movement to connect with the natural world. Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Colour Institute, describes the season as one that “encourages individual expression and continuous experimentation”, intertwining tradition and authenticity with playful and whimsical colour.
