Tal Gottesman, previously Executive Managing Editor The i Paper, has been appointed Director of Editorial Operations at multimedia news and content agency PA Media.

In this role, Tal will report to the Editor-in-Chief Jack Lefley, and will play a central role in overseeing the running of PA’s newsroom; from driving editorial standards and the management of operational resources, to developing new video-first working practices and embedding PA’s collaborative, data-informed and customer-centric culture across teams. The role also covers legal and regulatory responsibilities across all content production and publication.

Tal will commence her new role in February 2026.
