OTB, the international fashion and luxury group behind the brands Diesel, Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, Marni and Viktor&Rolf, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Viktor&Rolf, the avant-garde Haute Couture Maison founded in 1993 by designers Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren.

OTB previously acquired a 51% stake in Viktor&Rolf in 2008, increasing this to 70% in 2019.

Viktor and Rolf have signed a five-year agreement to continue as Creative Directors of the maison. Since its foundation, Viktor&Rolf has established itself in international haute couture, expanding into ready-to-wear, bridalwear and eyewear.

Viktor&Rolf continues its fragrance collaboration with L'Oréal Luxe, which has developed and distributed fragrances including Flowerbomb, Spicebomb and Bonbon for more than twenty years.
