Clothing and homeware brand Next has announced that it has agreed to acquire certain assets, including the brand and intellectual property from maternity fashion brand Seraphine for £0.6m.
Next intends to provide a stable platform for Seraphine’s relaunch, refocusing the business on what it does best; creating stylish, practical solutions for new and expecting mums around the world.
Cécile Reinaud, Seraphine’s founder, returns in an advisory capacity as the brand enters its next chapter with Next.
