Gemma Montgomery-Dickens has been promoted from Head of Social, Campaigns & Creative, Europe to Brand Director, Europe at MCoBeauty.

In her new role, Gemma leads insight-led brand strategy and positioning across Europe, oversees the development of creative marketing campaigns including execution across all brand-owned channels and activations, and continues to lead the social team.
