Max Factor unveils Wendy Rowe as Global Make Up Artist and Creative Director

Cosmetics brand Max Factor has signed make-up artist and beauty expert Wendy Rowe as its new Global Make Up Artist and Creative Director for the brand. Caroline Barnes will remain as the UK Make Up Ambassador with Wendy taking a lead role within the global team focusing on product innovation, education, training and global creative content.
