Marie Claire has announced the launch of its first Hair Awards for 2017. The magazine wants to recognise and support all the innovation and hard work that goes into bringing new products to market, as well as highlighting those hero products that are favourites time and time again. The awards will also recognise the best hair stylists, colourists and salons.

Products can be entered into the following hair categories: Wash & Care, Styling, Colour, Tools & Accessories, Best Stylist, Best Salon and Best Colourist. Entries close on 20 September and the administration and entry fee is £250. 

Winning products will have the opportunity to utilise the Marie Claire Hair Awards logo on any marketing collateral, and will feature in the January issue hair supplement, on sale 1 December.
