Manolo Blahnik, Spanish fashion designer and founder of the self-named, high-end shoe brand, has unveiled a debut capsule collection of six clutch bags. Each bag, priced from £1320, features a magnified buckle which already exists on the designer’s most coveted styles of shoes such as Hangisi, Nadira, Borlak and Okkato. Manolo, comments: ‘Every woman needs a jewel. Something very special and beautiful. There is nothing more stunning than a feminine hand holding a gem-like object.’ The clutches are made in opulent satins and crepe de chine with leather interiors and are decorated with sparkly accessories composed of Swarovski crystals.
