Founded by pro hair and makeup artist Victoria Northbrooke, Makeup Manifesto provides top-tips and advice regarding high-performance tools and cutting-edge products to add to their hair and makeup kits. The editorial team working alongside Victoria consists of journalists and pro artists who are passionate about supporting newcomers looking to break into the industry.
