Rachel Andrews has been promoted from Social Media Manager to Head of Social at wellness and lifestyle platform Liz Earle Wellbeing.
In this role, Rachel will manage the Liz Earle Wellbeing social accounts, deciding the strategy, and planning, creating and scheduling all content for the different channels.
