Emilia Lebron, previously Global Head of External Communications at Natura & Co, has been appointed Founding Partner at Little Bird PR.

Working alongside Vanessa Emery and Amy Richards, Emilia brings over 17 years of global beauty experience across PR and corporate communications, with deep expertise in corporate reputation, crisis management and sustainability.

Little Bird PR handles consumer PR, social strategy, content creation, influencer partnerships, events orchestration, and product seeding and fulfilment (via The Seeding Studio).

The agency has also expanded into Corporate Communications and Crisis Prevention & Advisory, supporting brands in building visibility, as well as shaping strong narratives and protecting long-term reputation.
