Activewear brand Oner Active has announced new leadership changes to deliver the next phase of global growth. Krissy Cela (pictured, right) steps down as CEO to focus on her Creative Director role and additional creative projects. Zach Duane (pictured, middle) has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Alice Cleary (pictured, left) has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Since its launch in 2020, the brand has delivered exponential growth, with a sales increase in excess of 100% year on year. Zach Duane has 25+ years of experience working with high-profile clients including Victoria and David Beckham, Martine Rose and other leading cultural contributors, advising and developing their commercial and business strategies. For the past five years, Zach has also co-managed an investment firm, making over 30 investments in Beauty, Fashion and Tech. Zach has been a board adviser to Oner Active since March 2022. Alice Cleary has worked across a range of sectors from Fashion, Beauty and Accessories, leading brand transformation alongside the acceleration of digital penetration and customer growth. She has nearly 20 years of international experience in multichannel marketing, CRM and ecommerce and is committed to delivering purpose-led marketing underpinned by innovative digital technology.
Krissy Cela comments: “Over the past 3 years at Oner Active, I’ve overseen the rapid growth of the brand and built a team of incredibly talented people. My passion has always been creative direction – from concepting new products to shooting campaigns and creating experiential moments – and I’m excited to fully step into my new official role as Creative Director. I look forward to working closely with Zach, Alice and the newly formalised leadership team as we continue to grow Oner Active.”
