Key Publishing has announced the launch of its new monthly magazine Homegrown Kitchen.

Homegrown Kitchen is dedicated to garden growers and home cooks who celebrate food from fork to plate. Each issue will blend expert advice on what to plant and when, practical techniques from trusted horticultural voices, and seasonal recipes that start in the soil and end on the dinner table. Readers will discover what to plant and when, learn hands-on techniques from gardening pros, and enjoy vibrant dishes, whilst receiving free packets of seeds with ever issue.

The magazine will be led by Editor Ciar Byrne. Ciar has held the position of Gardening Columnist at the Daily Mail on Saturday since 2023, and regularly contributes to other magazines including Gardens Illustrated. 

Homegrown Kitchen will be available on subscription and sold through retail outlets nationwide, including Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, and directly via the Key Publishing website. The first issue of Homegrown Kitchen will be available 22 January 2026.
