Kering acquires minority stake in MATIERE PREMIERE

French-based multinational corporation, Kering has acquired a minority stake in French perfume house, MATIERE PREMIERE. The capital injection will allow the brand to strengthen its Paris head office team, bring on more regional support and accelerate its retail and ecommerce expansion internationally. Following the investment, the founders remain the majority shareholders.
