Arabian Business confirmed that ITP Media Group will move staff to a four-day working week across its Middle East offices in response to the regional economic downturn resulting from the ongoing Israel-US-Iran war.
Staff at ITP Media Group, which publishes magazines including Cosmopolitan Middle East, Dazed Middle East, Harper's Bazaar Middle East, and Arabian Business, were informed that effective 1 May through to 31 August 2026, its Abu Dhabi, Doha, Dubai and Riyadh offices will operate Monday to Thursday, with staff salaries reduced to reflect the temporary move to a four-day work week.
The media company has confirmed its senior management will take larger salary reductions, while staff in the company’s lowest pay bands will not be affected. The company also reiterated April payroll would be unaffected to allow staff time to prepare for the change.
Across offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Lebanon, India and the UK, ITP employs more than 350 staff within its media, sports, events, gaming and influencer marketing operations.
