When organising an event:

• When submitting your event to DIARY dates
  • You do not need to enter a full venue or address, but please do provide town / city and at least the first part of the postcode to help other event organisers avoid event clashes
  • You also do not need to list the full event name / brand name, but please do use the hidden details field to provide DIARY directory with full information to help avoid event clashes
• If the event is invitation only – we would strongly recommend not providing the full venue name and address in the form (see above), having a list of invited guests on the door, and only allowing entry to those who are on your guest list
• Use the additional details field and provide a contact  email if you are open to Dd members requesting to attend your event

When attending an event: 

• If the event is invitation only, please do not attend without an invitation from the organiser. We encourage the organisers to turn you away from the event if you have not been invited.
