Accessories brand KNOMO has been acquired by digital group Inc & Co, under its new division Inc Retail Group. Retail is a new area for Inc & Co, and Knomo will be instrumental in developing its new arm. Knomo provides luxury bags, sources full-grain leathers and durable, premium fabrics from across the globe. 

Inc Retail Group will be headed up Managing Director Dan Shaw. Dan was previously a board director at Jones Bootmaker, prior to which he held senior roles at Gant UK, Tommy Hilfiger and most recently headed up retail innovation at intu shopping centres.
