Ille De Cocos appoints Neon Rocks PR

Neon Rocks PR has been appointed to handle the PR for fashion brand Ille De Cocos. Founded by Deola Charles, the brand launched in 2015 and takes inspiration from the unspoilt Cocos island. The SS17 collection honours the art of layering, playing with lengths, details and sheer textures.
