Talib Choudhry has been appointed Editor at Condé Nast's monthly design, decoration, and gardening magazine House & Garden.

Talib joins the UK-based title from Architectural Digest Middle East, where he currently serves as Head of Editorial Content.

Anna Wintour, Chief Content Officer at Condé Nast, added “the strength of his vision, combined with an ability to reach a new generation of design lovers, makes him the ideal candidate to capture the singularity of House & Garden, and lead the title into a new chapter.”

Prior to his time at AD Middle East, Talib was based in London and was Design and Interiors Editor at The Telegraph, and Deputy Editor and later Editor-at-Large at ELLE Decoration. 

Talib succeeds Hatta Byng, who steps down after ten years of editorship at House & Garden.

He will commence his role 21 July 2025.
