Independent London-based communications and digital agency, Palm, has been appointed as the lead agency for hotel, St. Pancras London, now part of Autograph Collection Hotels, following an extensive refurbishment of its rooms and suites. The win sees Palm managing a multi-channel communications strategy, including trade and consumer PR, and influencer marketing, alongside a high-impact press office for the newly rebranded hotel, as well as its destination restaurants: Booking Office 1869 and The Hansom Lounge.
