HELLO! has announced the launch of its new podcast series, Second Act, a podcast and community that engages with people aged 40+ seeking inspiration and education.
Presented by Ateh Jewel, the podcast will feature well-known women from the HELLO! network opening up about their ‘midlife’ moment and why the second act is often the better act.
Actress Tamzin Outhwaite will feature on the debut episode as Ateh’s first guest, discussing her return to dating in her 50s, the pressures of being in the ‘sandwich generation' and the wellness secrets that have helped her through perimenopause.
The podcast is sponsored by collagen supplement brand Absolute Collagen - a brand run by women in their second act, for women in their second act.
Building on the success of HELLO!’s existing podcast business, the Second Act podcast brings another dimension to the portfolio, with actionable and relatable content specifically designed for all aspects of midlife – careers to caring, sustaining relationships and beginning new ones, health, wellness and a wealth of interests besides.
HELLO!’s Chief Content Officer, Sophie Vokes-Dudgeon, added "When all the noise around midlife began to sound negative and pessimistic, HELLO! launched Second Act to reframe that narrative. Understanding the significant physical, mental and emotional changes for women in midlife."
Second Act is available to listen to now.
