Department store Harrods has promoted Sarah Blackwell to Lifestyle PR Manager. Previously PR Executive (Home, Technology and Cook Shop), Sarah will now manage the PR for the Harrods home, furniture, technology, food, restaurants, toys and services departments. She will report into Head of PR, Alistair Scott.
