Mallory Legg, previously Food and Drink Editor at The Handbook, has been appointed Chef Content Manager at a premium food website Great British Chefs.

Mallory has a background in professional kitchens, having trained as a chef at Hawksmoor, and holds an MA in Magazine Journalism from City, University of London.
