Global asset experts Gordon Brothers has acquired handbag and accessories brand Radley London and its related intellectual property.

Gordon Brothers will drive a growth strategy to expand Radley's global brand and operations through strategic investments in people, products and marketing.

Founded in London's Camden Market in 1998, Radley established itself in handbag design and accessories.

Tobias Nanda, Head of Brands at Gordon Brothers, said the firm aims to invest in Radley and expand the brand's footprint in the USA, UK, Australia and Asia.

Gordon Brothers will pursue an asset-light model, focusing on strengthening relationships with key retailers, expanding Radley's international presence and extending the brand's product categories beyond handbags, watches, jewellery, eyewear and beauty gifting.
