There have been a number of team updates: Lucy Loveridge has been promoted to Managing Partner; Phil Hughes has been promoted from COO to Chief Commercial Officer; former Head of Gleam Solutions, Chris Davis is now Commercial Director; Amy Bryant-Jeffries has been promoted from partnerships director to head of partnerships; Francesca Scambler, previously talent director, is now Head of Talent; Jordan Eaton has been promoted from Talent Manager to Talent Coordinator; Meghan Peterson has been promoted from Talent Manager to Senior Talent Manager; Lois Sharland and Lily Modlin have been promoted from Talent Coordinators to Talent Managers; Megan Staunton is now Junior Literary Agent; Jojo Walsh has been promoted from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager; and Isobel Selby from Account Executive to Account Manager.
