Glamour magazine has announced changes to its fashion team following fashion director Natalie Hartley's maternity leave. Karen Preston has been appointed acting fashion director, while Lucy Tempest Walker has been appointed acting fashion editor. Additionally, Charlotte Lewis is now acting shopping editor.
