Full Fat Agency has announced the following team updates:

A key focus for Full Fat is the development of the social team, which welcomed Michael Baggs, Head Of Social, who previously led global digital and social media for Captain Morgan at Diageo and EMEA community and content for Norton, working alongside Social Account Director Sophie Rea Long who joined earlier this year, having previously worked on Adidas, Jack Daniels and Under Armour and Influencer Manager, Natasha Molloy, and new to the team, Social Media Manager, Petra Harrison, whose vast range of experience at Roundhouse will be applied to clients such as Birrificio Angelo Poretti and San Miguel. Keisha Radway also joins the team as Full Fat’s Content Creator, working across the agency’s client roster.

Full Fat’s media team is also expanding, with the addition of Advika Reddy as Account Executive and Becca Fergus as Account Manager. Advika’s impressive journalist background at the Daily Express has made her the perfect fit for clients such as Birrificio Angelo Poretti, RumFest and more, whilst Becca’s work on PUMA and Max Factor has laid a solid foundation for the management of Azar, Five Points and Rematch.

As well as recruiting new team members, Full Fat is also fostering the talent of their long-standing employees, with four promotions. Olivia Cowell, who joined the agency four years ago as an Apprentice, has been promoted to Account Manager, whilst Clara Pérez Miñones has been promoted to Account Director, Isobel Fisher, who has been promoted to Account Manager and Francesca Cray who has been promoted to Senior Account Executive after starting at Full Fat as an Apprentice in 2021.
