Steve Salter, previously Fashion Features Editor at i-D until 2020, has launched his own publishing project OURS. With over 15 years of experience in fashion publishing, Steve's creation of OURS aims to change the storytelling of fashion by enabling brand fans to not only share brand storytelling but to shape it, and to not only consume but co-create too.

Conceived as a multi-platform fanzine, OURS celebrates how real fans interact with the brands they love. Across social feeds, limited-edition zines, podcasts and product launches, OURS aims to empower the most obsessive consumers and investigate why, how, and in what ways they find meaning in the brands they love.

Launching first on Instagram, diverse stories will be shared including a recent CSM graduate who has a Margiela tattoo, a designer who went viral after sharing her battered pair of Tabis, and a writer who suffers from mental and physical issues who has found much-needed joy and connection to Yohji Yamamoto.
