Jess Hardiman, Editorial Lead at FOODbible and Tyla, has launched her new Substack.

Jess has revived a project in which she ate seasonally and intuitively through lockdown. The first edition covers figs and the end-of-summer transition, drawing on inspiration from Molly Baz, Rick Stein and Clare Thomson, as well as her own travels throughout September.
