FLOURISH MANAGEMENT has announced that Olivia Skingle (pictured, left) has been promoted from creative assistant to creative executive. In this role, Olivia will oversee all creative influencer campaigns for brands such as Boohoo and Hawaiian Tropic, alongside social media management and working closely with the Creative Director to develop creative photoshoots for signed talent.

Ian Chinn (pictured, right) has also been promoted from senior talent manager to head of talent. His role will oversee the whole talent department on Flourish books including Influencers, Models, Photographers, Videographers, Hair and Makeup artists. Ian also runs all external mass influencer campaigns.
