Frame Publicity has been appointed to handle the press and publicity for Fine Arts Jewellery. The multi-brand jewellery boutique has also opened its first branch in Dubai Mall, with the concept hosting a collection of collections curated by Founder Shamsa Alabbar, including international brands such as AS29, Mellerio, Rouvenat, Selim Mouzannar, Shamsa Alabbar, Vever, and Viltier.
