Fashion retailer Primark to debut Middle East stores

International fashion retailer Primark has confirmed plans to debut in the Middle East, in partnership with international retail franchise operator Alshaya Group.
Primark and Alshaya plan to open the first new stores before the end of 2025 across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) - starting with Kuwait (The Avenues, Kuwait) in October this year and Dubai in early 2026 with Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates and City Centre Mirdif.
