Beauty media platform Cosmetics Business is working on an article on Quiet Hour schemes at beauty retailers, with Sephora being the latest to trial the scheme.
The platform is looking for a retail expert/analyst to provide more insight into the effectiveness of the scheme, as well as areas which may still be lacking to support shoppers who need additional needs.
The platform is also particularly interested to know how aspects such as strong smells are handled, as this can be harder to control, and if more than a few hours are needed to not feel rushed while shopping.
