Tonic Communications has been appointed to handle the press and publicity for Enoteca Rosso, a new Italian restaurant which opened this week on High Street Kensington. Specialising in regional dishes and rare artisanal products and wines, the menu features a selection of freshly made pasta and gnocchi; obscure and unique charcuterie and cheeses; salads and freshly prepared Italian desserts.
