Josh Yugen, Founder of House of Yugen, has announced the launch of ELLE Philippines in 2027, through a licensing partnership with Lagardère Group.

ELLE Philippines will bring together fashion, beauty, culture, society, and lifestyle, with stories that reflect the perspectives and ambitions of contemporary Filipino women. It will combine ELLE's international heritage with a distinct Philippine identity.

Josh will serve as President, and his business partner, Ian Borromeo, will serve as Publisher. The first print issue is scheduled for March 2027, with six issues published during the year alongside a dedicated website and social media channels.
