Food journalist Amanda Bootes has announced the launch of CONSOMMÉ, a digital magazine created in order to provide a clear and transparent look into the food world. The magazine provies recipes, bite-sized tutorials, a whole menu of interviews and features with the names that matter in the industry as well as giving a voice to those that need it most.
