Businesses in the fashion and beauty industry must continue as best as they can, and feedback we have received so far is that companies are trying to work as normally as possible in the current climate. Now more of us are working from home, do keep us updated with your mobile contact numbers to list for you.

DIARY directory access:

• The DIARY directory site is fully mobile responsive and you should be able to login from home in the usual way
• Password resets are available via the link here – enter your username (usually your work email, all lowercase)
• If anyone at a member company requires a new login set up, or is having difficulty with the automated reset option, please contact Lynsey

Changes to working habits:

• Please do not send physical items such as samples to any listed office addresses within DIARY directory – check with the intended recipient for the best address to use
• The DIARY directory team is working through the DIARY dates section to update, but please assume most physical events are postponed for now unless you have checked with the organiser direct
