DIARY directory specialises in fashion and beauty contacts and content. Please find the below guidance on what we include in the DIARY daily news. The DIARY daily is sent out to over 15.5k subscribers, including PR, brand, and media industry contacts.

Media: 

• media launches - debut launches ONLY (magazines, podcasts, etc.)
• appointments and promotions
• returns from maternity leave 
• only announce 6+ month internships.
• agency signings (ONLY fashion, beauty & lifestyle related e.g. influencers and stylists, etc.)
• office relocations
• media acquisitions 
• only relevant magazines & platforms (no human interest stories, sports, politics, etc)
• no book launches
• no general blog, newsletter, or social media launches

Editorial requests

• at the discretion of the editorial team. Must be very clearly stated.
• do not send over multiple requests (put requests in one jot form as they will get more views)
• bloggers and influencers must have a minimum of 5k followers to be considered.
• bloggers and influencers must consistently receive 1% Instagram engagement rate, and 3% engagement for micro-influencers (between 5k and 10k followers) to have their requests included.
• bloggers must have posted an article within the last 3 months for their request to be considered.

PR requests

• no requests for journalist reviews

Fashion & Lifestyle 

• account wins (please note these will be changed to fit our house style)
• press and marketing team appointments and promotions
• board announcements will be judged on an individual basis
• only announce 6+ month internships.
• first-time fashion collaborations with another brand or influencer/celebrity ONLY
• first-time ranges, e.g. first male range or first sunglasses line 
• new brand launches
• office relocations
• brand acquisitions 
• defining lifestyle: homes, interiors, garden, floral, kids & parenting, art, health food & drink brands (mainly in collaboration. Individual news will be judged by the editorial team)
• for account wins, we wouldn't add text thanking a previous PR for working with them
• we do not announce stockist news or new store locations unless offering something unique
• we do not announce ongoing collaborations
• we do not announce the host of awards
• we do not announce pop-ups unless it is part of a brand launch (however, we will list pop-ups on our dates section)
• we do not announce charity partnerships 

Beauty & health

• first-time beauty collaborations with another brand or influencer/celebrity

DIARY directory encourages news and general contact updates to be sent over within these guidelines. We will still list account wins even if they don't appear in the daily news.
