Decléor debuts Hand Wash Scrub

Decléor has announced the launch of its first-ever Hand wash Scrub. The new Decléor Rosemary Hand Wash Scrub cleanses, purifies and softens the hands. It is PH Neutral with Natural Glycerine and is powered by Rosemary essential oil, which is known for its anti-bacterial properties.
