• Cocotte - London rotisserie restaurant founded by Romain Bourrillon, centred on roast chicken and now operating five locations.
• 61 Charterhouse - upcoming Farringdon restaurant from Karla Knowles, Edouard and Romain Bourrillon, opening this autumn with Karla leading the kitchen and drawing on her Northern Thai cooking.
• Bistro Cocotte - upcoming French bistro and wine bar in Soho from Romain Bourrillon and the team behind Cocotte, opening late 2026 with produce-led cooking and a Burgundy-focused wine list.
• Around Bar - independent Exmouth Market cocktail bar serving seasonal cocktails, classic and alcohol-free drinks, with complimentary aperitivo-inspired snacks.
• EMBER at The Chandlers Arms - upcoming Cotswolds pub from Matty Cartwright and Harry Flockhart, opening 26 August and combining live-fire cooking, craft beer and British produce.
• AREE - upcoming live-fire Northern Thai restaurant in Notting Hill, co-founded by Karla Knowles, Edouard and Romain Bourrillon, launching in early 2027 with Karla leading the kitchen.
