Danone has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire complete nutrition meal solutions company Huel.
The acquisition will enhance Danone's presence in functional nutrition and extend its portfolio into the complete nutrition space. Huel's range spans ready-to-drink and powder products, with direct-to-consumer sales in the UK, Europe and USA.
The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
