Cosmopolitan is returning to Malaysia as a Chinese-language edition published by Chronicle Media in partnership with Hearst Magazines International, led by Editor-in-Chief Elsa Dang.

The magazine will launch on digital and social media platforms in January 2027, with a bi-monthly print edition debuting with the January/February 2027 issue. Content will cover beauty, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, careers and relationships tailored to Malaysia's diverse culture.

Cosmopolitan previously ran in Malaysia as a Malay-language publication under Blu Inc Media until the company ceased operations in 2020.
