Fashion brand Club L London has announced the acquisition of womenswear brand Lavish Alice in an undisclosed seven-figure deal.

This strategic move, marking Club L London's first acquisition, includes all aspects of Lavish Alice's operations - intellectual property rights, website, inventory, social media accounts, and customer data. This comprehensive integration strengthens Club L London's market position and accelerates global expansion, positioning both brands for enhanced growth and innovation in the fashion industry.

Under the Club L London Group, Lavish Alice will continue to operate as a standalone brand, with its dedicated team remaining in place to drive innovation, creativity, and growth. Founders Lee Bloor and Matthew Newton will oversee the transition before stepping away, ensuring a seamless integration while preserving the brand’s creative identity. 

The acquisition was finalised today (28 February), marking the official transition of Lavish Alice into the Club L London Group.
